Welcome to the Whole Dish healthy meal planner! You can use this handy tool to create healthy meal plans and print a grocery list.

We are in the process of converting all of our healthy, whole-food, nutrient dense recipes into this format, so that you can use the meal planner to try all of the recipes on this blog. You simply select a recipe from the drop down list and drop it into your calendar.

When you’re done planning your calendar, just print meal plan, recipes, and even send your grocery order to an on-line grocer!

The healthy meal planner is a new feature here at the Whole Dish, and one that we hope will help demonstrate to you that healthy doesn’t have to be hard! Be sure to let us know what  you love in the comments!
